How to watch Chelsea vs Manchester United with TV and live stream details

After an impressive performance and result against Tottenham Hotspur in midweek, Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag will be keen for his side to deliver against Chelsea on Saturday evening.

The Reds secured a 2-0 win over Spurs at Old Trafford thanks to second-half goals from Fred and Bruno Fernandes. United currently sit fifth in the Premier League table after winning six of their opening 10 top-flight matches - and are just one point behind Chelsea in fourth.

Graham Potter's men have also won six times in the league, but the London club drew 0-0 with Brentford last weekend. The Blues have kept five successive clean sheets in all completions.

United will need to beat Chelsea on Saturday in order to leapfrog them in the table and move into the top four for the first time under Ten Hag. The Reds have only lost twice on the road so far this campaign, which came against Brentford in August, and earlier this month to Manchester City.

The game against Chelsea will kick off at 5:30pm on Saturday night, with the Reds travelling to Stamford Bridge for the encounter.

What TV channel is Chelsea vs Manchester United on?

Early team news

Ten Hag confirmed during his press conference on Friday that forward Anthony Martial has been ruled out of the clash with Chelsea due to injury. Earlier in the week, the Dutchman suggested that Harry Maguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Donny van de Beek could all be back soon.

Christian Eriksen missed the draw with Newcastle last weekend due to illness, while fellow midfielder Scott McTominay was another absentee from the clash with the Magpies. However, both players came on as second-half substitutes in the win over Tottenham on Wednesday night.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are without Reece James and N’Golo Kante. The pair are expected to be sidelined until after the 2022 World Cup.

Connor Gallagher is a doubt through illness, but Potter could be bolstered by the return of Ben Chilwell.
