How to watch Bonnyrigg Rose vs Hibs: TV channel, kick-off time, live stream details and team news

Lee Johnson will be looking for an immediate response from his troops ahead of matchday three in the Premier Sports Cup.

Hibs started the group stage on fire as they put on a five-star show against Clyde in front of the Easter Road faithful in the perfect competitive start for the new boss. However, they were brought back down to earth last time out as Aidan Nesbitt's looping header secured three points for Scottish League One outfit Falkirk to take control at the top of the section.

The Hibees gaffer rang the changes for that one and you would imagine he will do similar once again as he bids to find his best XI with the Premiership start just weeks away. Hibs know they will need to take all three points against SPFL new boys Bonnyrigg Rose in order to keep their last 16 hopes alive with John McGlynn and his Bairns side in control of their own destiny in the group after their win over the capital club.

Here is all the information you need ahead of the latest Premier Sports Cup showdown.

Team news

Lee Johnson could once again ring the changes after making six from the win over Clyde for the defeat at Falkirk.

The Hibs boss said after the loss: "We can't accept mediocrity, it's as simple as that. I'm quite ruthless in terms of I'll make the changes early, because I was bored of watching it, to be honest with you.

"I like to be entertained by my team myself, as well. And if I'm bored watching it or don't feel it's committed enough or attacking enough, I'll just make changes.

"The beauty of having five subs is you have the ability to be able to do that. So, yeah, it's frustrating but it's a small blip in a very good pre-season/start of the season so far, I'd rather have that now than two weeks into the season."

Time will tell whether Marijan Čabraja is thrown in for a quick-fire debut while a number of the players who played in the thumping win over the Bully Wee could return to the starting fold.
