Filling in for an injured Quinn Ewers, redshirt freshman quarterback Arch Manning is set to make the first start of his college career for the Texas Longhorns on Saturday night.
Manning and the Longhorns will host the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks at DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin, Texas at 6:00 p.m. MT (8:00 p.m. ET) on Saturday, Sept. 21. The game will be broadcast on SEC Network Plus, which is available to stream on ESPN+.
SECN+ is also available on DirecTV and Sling, and you can use a TV provider to log into the ESPN app to stream SECN+ within the ESPN app. Football fans with a fuboTV package that includes the SEC Network can link their fuboTV account to their ESPN app to stream the game (try fuboTV for free).
After replacing an injured Ewers in the second quarter against the UTSA Roadrunners last week, Manning scored five touchdowns — four passing and one rushing — in a 56-7 win.
Arch is the son of Cooper Manning, who is the older brother of former NFL quarterbacks Peyton Manning and Eli Manning. Cooper’s own football career was cut short by spinal stenosis after high school.
Texas will look to improve to 4-0 on Saturday night.
