The Chelona's Rise puzzle in Elden Ring can be one of the trickier ones to solve. If you've explored the Lands Between, you've likely come across at least one of these towers before. The sealed structures are scattered throughout the game, and you can access each of them by solving a puzzle.
Chelona's Rise is found in Liurnia of the Lakes, and while the principle of getting into this tower is the same as the others, you need to search much further afield to find the wise beasts you're after.
