To open the Moosewood Trapdoor, you must take up the Todd Quest to find the Watchman, Diver, and Lantern Figure NPC to get the Crown Feather Charm, Tarnished Lantern & Barnacled Hook. Then answer the three questions asked by the Some Shady Guy to open the Tradpdoor.
