We've all been there, you see a good video on TikTok, continue scrolling, and then a few days later something happens, and you need to find that video again.
Chances are, you don't remember too many helpful details, like the account name, so what can you do? TikTok does have an option to save videos as you're scrolling, but if you've forgotten to do that, hope is not lost.
There is a way to see your TikTok viewing history, and if you want to, you can scroll through all the videos you've already scrolled through over the past 180 days.

Here's how to access your TikTok viewing history:
- Open up the app, and click on your TikTok profile in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Click the three lines in the top right corner of the page.
- Click 'settings and privacy' when the pop-up appears at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down to the 'content & display' heading.
- Click 'watch history', and all the videos will be there.
You can either scroll through an overview of the videos, with the same layout as if you were scrolling through someone's profile, or you can start at the first one and flick through as you normally would.
As the app explains, "Your watch history includes all videos you watched in the past 180 days while logged into the same account. LIVE videos and Stories are not included."
