Netflix subscribers are leaving the platform in record numbers as the cost of living crises hits homes across the UK.
Over 1.5 million people have cancelled Netflix subscriptions in the last three months, according to new research. Market research firm Kantar says cancellations have risen to their highest ever level in the first three months of 2022. Disney+ and Amazon Prime have also seen cancellations rise as customers look to cut back on costs.
However, the cost of a streaming service is typically a fraction of the cost of a TV package from Sky, BT and Virgin and there may be a way to cut hundreds from your bills and still keep access to your favourite shows.
