How to get WWE Clash at the Castle tickets as Drew McIntyre versus Roman Reigns confirmed for main event

We're just a month away from the UK's first WWE stadium pay-per-view (PPV) since Bret Hart took on British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith at Wembley for SummerSlam '92. Not only do we now officially have confirmation of the main event for the much-anticipated show, but fans can still snap up tickets to see the bout in person.

With Roman Reigns defeating Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam, despite the Beast Incarnate's best efforts with a very large tractor, the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion is now confirmed to be heading into Clash at the Castle on September 3 with both titles.

This means Drew McIntyre, who defeated Sheamus in an Old Fashioned Donnybrook number one contender match on Smackdown, is now ready to go head-to-head with The Head of the Table.

While other matches on the card haven't yet been announced, following the weekend's PPV we can also expect Smackdown Women's Champion Liv Morgan to be defending her title at the event, something she told The Mirror in an interview this week she was very keen to do.

With WWE in a period of upheaval following Vince McMahon's retirement and the promotion of Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan as co-CEOs, while Paul 'Triple H' Levesque as Executive Vice President for Talent Relations and Head of Creative, it will be intriguing to see which matches make the running order for the hotly-anticipated event.

Fans keen to see the action live and in-person can get tickets for the event at the Principality Stadium from Ticketmaster. Seat-only ticket prices start from £39.50, while some Superfan hospitality packages with a host of extras are also still available, starting from £700.

As well as Scottish superstar McIntyre there are a host of British and European stars on the current roster who could take a prominent role at the event, many of whom came up through the NXT brand previously overseen by Levesque. These include Doudrop, Butch, Nikki ASH, Finn Balor and Becky Lynch.

Butch, who was previously known as Pete Dunne in NXT has previously said in an interview that a host of names from the British indie scene would also get a chance to take part in proceedings.

Meanwhile, optimistic fans expecting McIntyre to unseat Reigns and become champion in his own right are snapping up tickets for October's WWE Live event in Glasgow, which would be the perfect homecoming for a newly crowned champion, assuming all goes well in Cardiff.
