How to get tickets for LaplandUK as Christmas experience returns for 2026

Tickets for LaplandUK’s 2026 immersive Christmas experience in Ascot and Manchester go on sale here on Friday 27 March, with over a million people expected to join the queue.
The experience will run from 7 November to 24 December 2026, with ticket prices ranging from £60 to £195 depending on the chosen date and time.
LaplandUK offers a four-hour immersive journey through a magical winter world, featuring elf toy workshops, gingerbread decorating, ice skating, and a visit to Father Christmas.
For 2026, the experience is being enhanced with a more immersive, story-led approach, including an upgraded invitation box, extended kitchen and village exploration times, and a new 'portal' finale.
Expert tips for securing tickets include preparing in advance, having multiple devices ready, and staying calm, as demand is expected to be extremely high.
