The Machina Knight, who carries the weapon in discussion, is located at Marni's Outpost in northern Delesyia. This is a mid-game boss, and you should level up properly before attempting the boss fight. It will also take a fair amount of time for you to unlock Delesyia.
How to defeat the Machina Knight in Crimson Desert
The fight with Machina Knight lasts for two phases. The first phase is where the boss will use the Longsword to hit a three-hit combo. If you can time your parry, you'll break the combo. This is the best way to combat the first phase.
Once you break the combo, you'll need to quick attack to deal the damage. The windows you get in the first phase are pretty small. Use weapons that aren't slow to do more damage.
The second phase begins once the Machina Knight loses approximately 50% of its health, and it will now switch to a spear. In the second phase, the boss will be faster and deal more damage. This time, you'll need to dodge the incoming attacks. While you can parry spear attacks, it will consume a lot of stamina. Keep the parries for emergencies, and your primary aim should be to avoid the attacks altogether.
The Machina Knight also pushes out cubes that will do damage upon hit. You need to evade these cubes and land quick attacks by filling up their stun meter. Once the boss is stunned, you'll be able to deal damage to its remaining health. You'll get the Electro-Mecha Longsword once the boss is defeated.
