Sky has brought back one of its biggest freebie deals to date which gives users free Sky TV and Netflix, without having to pay a single penny. Having launched earlier this year it's now featured on a separate part of the website.
In recent weeks Sky has offered a handful of deals for customers looking to save money on both TV and broadband from affordable Sky Cinema rates to hundreds of pounds saving on its selected Sky Sports bundles. Sky Glass is one of its high-end TV products and its thanks to a particular bundle that gives customers two products for free.
One loopholed in the contract means customers could watch free Sky TV between now and September, without having to pay a penny to leave when the offer runs out.
Customers can get free Sky TV and Netflix free for three months if they sign up to the Sky Glass bundle, which is reduced to its lowest price yet at £14 a month. Usually this combo set would cost anywhere from £40 a month, the reduced price means avid TV loves will pay £0 for Netflix and Sky TV.
Usually the Netflix and Sky TV part of the bundle costs £25 a month, which is the price customers will be subjected to pay from month four onwards, fit into a set 18-month plan. The deal gives new shoppers a total saving of £75, and is one of the first time the provider has offered a service for free.
The change in contract terms is what makes this deal so hard-to-miss as the provider has also included the free Sky TV on the flexible 31-day rolling plan, the only catch is that from month four those who choose to stay on would pay £29 (for Netflix and Sky TV) instead of the other £25 a month rate.
This means avid TV watchers could take out the rolling contract on the 31-day rolling plan and cancel after the first three free months, without having paid a penny for to Watch Sky TV.
