A birthday is usually most people's favourite day of the year, it's a chance to meet up with friends and family, and, of course, receive some presents.
But did you know you could get freebies from some of your favourite restaurants and shops on your birthday as well? One user on TikTok talked us through all the free items you get get from places like Greggs, Costa, and Krispy Kreme.
The viral from Hadia (@lifeofhadia) now has over 120,000 likes, as users were loving how many amazing freebies she was able to pick up on her birthday.
In the video, Hadia explains that's she's going to see how many freebies she can get for her birthday. She said: "First up was Greggs, I used the app and got a free doughnut.
"Then I went to Chopstix where you get a free small box for your birthday, and if you use the app you also get five free spring rolls. Hotel Chocolat give you a £5 free voucher for your birthday, but you have to spend more than £5, so I got a biscuit for 80p and then got chocolates for free.
"If you have the Krispy Kreme app you can get any doughnut of your choice. I, of course, went for the Biscoff one because it's my favourite. Next up is the best free thing in my opinion, it's a burrito from Bar Burrito, and you can get absolutely everything on it including guacamole.
"My final free thing was from Costa and it was a slice of cake, I went for a salted caramel and chocolate."
Unsurprisingly, people in the comments loved the hack. One person said: "I need to do some of these" and another said: "Wow! Never thought of that".

Others offered other tips for more places that will give you a freebie for your birthday. One person said: "Starbucks also give you a free drink" and another said: "You get a free slice of cake from cafe Nero, cookie from subway, and regular smoothie from boost!".
