A new petrol deal has launched to help drivers and motorists save money at the pump amid rising fuel prices. Fuel prices have soared over the last few months and the average cost to fill up is still unaffordable for many.
It comes as the diesel and petrol gap reaches 20p, making the average diesel tank a lot more expensive. The average fuel prices this week in the UK saw unleaded petrol at 163.13p per litre while diesel was 20.81p higer at 183.94p.
Even though prices have come down slightly since the sky-high prices in August, 178.93p for unleaded and 189.30 for diesel, a lot of forecourts still haven't reduced the prices at the pump to reflect the current rates, with many still charging more than needed.
