Thousands of runners have descended on Leeds to take part in the inaugural Rob Burrow Marathon in Leeds. Over 12,000 people are taking part, with the event held in honour of Leeds Rhinos legend Rob Burrow.
Money raised from the event with go towards the he Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association and a Leeds Hospitals Charity appeal to build a Rob Burrow Centre for MND. The marathon route starts and ends at Headingley Stadium, with Rob's wife Lindsey and James Buchanan just some of the more well-known faces taking part for this great cause.
The legendary Kevin Sinfield is also taking part and is running with his best pal Rob, who provided an inspiring message to runners before the first race. He said: "This event for me is about friendship and community spirit, helping each other to achieve goals. I want to express a heartfelt thank you to all the Leeds rugby family that have all worked tirelessly to make this amazing event happen. Thank you so much.

"All that is left for me to say is the very best of luck. Enjoy the day and I look forward to seeing you cross the finish line at Headingley Stadium."
The marathon started at 9am, with the half marathon starting an hour later at 10am. With that in mind, some runners will soon be finishing and people wil be eager to find out how they have done.
People may also want to check on their friends or families' progress and you can do that by downloading the Run For All App. It has been confirmed that full results for the Marathon will be available on the event app and on the Run For All website.
The Full Marathon was won earlier today by Nathan Edmundson who crossed the line with a time of two hours 29 minutes and 14 seconds. You can find the results for the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon here and for the Half Marathon here.
