The new Black Ops Royale mode in Warzone is here with its exclusive set of rewards, which you can unlock only for a limited time.
It’s very easy to overlook the rewards if you’re jumping in for the first time. It’s all present in the main menu under a button, and you need to complete some challenges in-game to earn them.
Having that said, here’s everything you need to know about the Black Ops Royale rewards, including their requirements.

All Black Ops Royale rewards
Black Ops Royale has three rewards that you can unlock directly from playing the mode:
- Skyhook weapon charm
- Crimson Descent calling card
- Triarch Universal Weapon Camo
Let’s now take a look at the unlocking process of each of them.
How to unlock the Skyhook weapon charm
The first reward of the mode is the Skyhook Weapon Charm, and it unlocks after you complete 10 Activities in Black Ops Royale. In this mode, Activities replace standard Warzone Contracts and are marked across the Avalon map with unique icons.
To earn this reward, land near Activity icons. Open your map while in the dropship, ping Activity markers, and land directly on or next to them to start them instantly. You can chain multiple Activities in one game, as each match can contain several Activities, and you only need 10 completions overall, not in a single match.
If you are playing with randoms or solo-queuing, focus on Activities that don’t drag you into the hot drop POIs, so you actually get to finish them in the first place. If you average two to three completed Activities per game, you can unlock the charm in four or five matches.
How to unlock the Crimson Descent calling card
Crimson Descent is a calling card that you earn by finishing in the top 10 three times in Black Ops Royale. You do not need wins for this reward, just consistent high-placement matches.
Play as a full squad. Since Black Ops Royale is built around four-player squads on Avalon, with Solos coming later on, having a coordinated team makes late-game rotations much safer.
Avoid early hot drops, gear up, and only take fights you can cleanly third-party. Rotate with the gas, and not against it. Move early toward the next safe zone, use elevation and cover, and avoid crossing wide open ground when the circle closes.
If your squad plays for placement instead of racking up kills, getting three top 10 finishes is a manageable goal.
How to unlock the Triarch Universal Weapon Camo
The Triarch Universal Weapon Camo is the last reward of these challenges, and is tied to the Mystery Box, which is a throwback feature tied to Zombies-style loot in Black Ops Royale.
To unlock it, you need to open the Mystery Box three times while playing the mode. Look for Cradle Breach zones – these are certain areas on Avalon that feature zombie-style Cradle Breach Activities that spawn a Mystery Box after you clear the waves.
Taking on a Breach solo can be rough, but a full squad can burn through the zombies quickly and safely secure the box. You don’t have to open all three boxes in a single match, so take one safe Breach per game instead of forcing risky chains.
Since each box counts once toward the total, three controlled Breach clears are enough to unlock the camo.
How to earn all Black Ops Royale rewards fast in Warzone
To save time, you can stack progress for all three challenges in the same matches. So, during the early game, you can land on an Activity, complete it, and check if any Cradle Breach or Mystery Box locations are nearby for the Triarch camo progress.
During mid-game, rotate to safer Activities on the edge of the circle to work toward the 10-Activity requirement without forcing fights. During the late game phase, once you have decent loot, play for position and rotate smartly to secure that top 10 placement for the Crimson Descent reward.
Try following this pattern, and you can realistically unlock all three Black Ops Royale rewards in one focused play night instead of spreading them across several days.
