Summer is prime vacation time. Partially due to the fact that schools are out so families embark on quests for some quality time. Although most adults don't have a summer break. Nowadays, they don't have the bank roll to fund a trip father than their own backyard, either. That's what makes the current approach to seasonal dressing so refreshing.
