Blaidd's quest is a seemingly short Elden Ring adventure, but if you want to get your hands on Blaidd's armor, you'll also have to complete Ranni's questline. Sounds easy enough, but Ranni's quest is basically an optional odyssey of exploration and boss fights leading to a unique ending. So sorry—you're in for the long haul if you want Blaidd's snazzy Elden Ring armor.
Don't worry if you're a few hours in and haven't found Blaidd yet, as you don't need to meet him in Limgrave to start his quest. He seems to like moving across the Lands Between as often as you!
