The Southeastern Conference’s men’s basketball action continues on Saturday with the Florida Gators hosting the Auburn Tigers in Gainesville as the two teams continue to fight for a spot in the NCAA Tournament.
The Gators still have a way to go in securing an invite to the Big Dance, coming in at 15-7 overall with a 5-4 mark in SEC play and sitting on the bubble of most bracketologies. Florida earned its first signature win of the season last week on the road over the Kentucky Wildcats but came up short at the Texas A&M Aggies last Saturday.
The Tigers are essentially a lock for the tournament with a 19-4 record and 8-2 tally against conference competition, but there is still a lot of basketball left to be played. Auburn has won its last three in a row and is coming into this one with a hot hand.
The Florida Gators will host the Auburn Tigers on Saturday, Feb. 10 at 3:30 p.m. ET.
