On Sunday, Scottie Scheffler continued his dominance, as the World No.1 secured the Tour Championship and the $25 million first prize in Atlanta, Georgia.
Going into the tournament, it's no secret that the format for the PGA Tour's final event of the season caused mixed reactions, with viewers and golf fans unsure whether it's a good, and fair, system of deciding the winner.
Certainly, with the staggered start, it helped Scheffler, as he secured a four shot victory over Collin Morikawa, with the two-time Major starting at 10-under-par and well clear of his fellow countryman.
However, given his season, you could argue that Scheffler deserved the advantage, with the 28-year-old firing four rounds in the 60s to claim an eighth title of 2024, including a gold medal at the Olympic Games in Paris.
