Stephen Merchant was photographed with his American actress girlfriend as the pair looked exceptionally glamorous for their Bafta's appearance.
The Bristolian funnyman, who was born in Hanham, was nominated for an award following the huge success of The Outlaws, which is currently filming for its third series.
While he missed out on the gong, many would say he was winning in love as he appeared alongside his beautiful US actress and model Mircea Monroe. The 39-year-old is best known for roles in Episodes, Scrubs and Hart of Dixie, and Just Friends and Magic Mike.

Talking about their romance, Stephen said: "Aside from the fact that she’s great, hitting 40, there’s something very pleasing about not having the endless concern about filling that part of your life. The life of a single person is a very lonely life. There’s a lot of nights where you’re watching DVDs on your own."
They first met at an awards ceremony, and have since moved in together in a £2.4million mansion, which was previously owned by actress Ellen DeGeneres.
Dividing their time between the UK and the US, the couple generally like to keep their relationship private but they did make a rare public appearance for Stephen's big night.
Crews have been spotted at various locations across Bristol as filming for the new The Outlaws has been taking place. It's not yet been confirmed if the whole cast for the previous two seasons will be returning but some familiar faces have already been spotted.
Jessica Gunning, who plays Diane Pemberley, was amongst those photographed in the city. The Outlaws follows seven strangers from different walks of life who cross paths as they complete a Community Payback sentence in Bristol.
Other members of the cast include the likes of Gamba Cole, Rhianne Barreto, Eleanor Tomlinson and Hollywood actor Christopher Walken.
Earlier this month, Merchant was spotted in Clifton alongside crew members outside The Washington Guesthouse, cutting a casual figure in a cap and sunglasses. In an interview with Radio Times last year, Merchant admitted that he was "quite excited" at the thought of another season.
