How quickly can Brits book a GP appointment? Survey finds worrying numbers avoid calling doctors when ill

Roughly half of Brits say they put off contacting their GP when they’re sick because many feel they won’t get an appointment, new research has found.

Findings published by Ipsos and the Health Foundation paint a stark picture of how healthcare accessibility is perceived across the country, with a staggering number of Britons delaying or avoiding contact altogether.
