The Las Vegas Raiders and Josh Jacobs have finished their season after losing their Week 18 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. And NFL rushing leader Josh Jacobs was bottled up to just 2.6 yards per carry, rushing for 45 yards. While the road is still long and uphill, the Cleveland Browns have a slim chance to win running back Nick Chubb, who is not shutting it down, the rushing title.
As the Browns take on the Pittsburgh Steelers, looking to end the season on a 5-2 run, Chubb trails Jacobs by a steep 205 yards. The problem, however, is that Chubb’s career-high in a single game is 176 yards, and that fell in his rookie season against the Atlanta Falcons. It will take a ton of work, but the idea of Chubb winning the rushing title after Jacobs’ dud is not impossible.
