It was another memorable day for Rachael Blackmore as she raced to glory in the Ryanair Chase.
Blackmore is among the most high profile jockeys at the festival and produced one of the best displays of her career to beat the hotly-tipped Shishkin.
Priced at 13/2, Envoi Allen and Blackmore were plucky underdogs going into the race but were not to be denied at the finish line.
But it could have been a different story had Shishkin and Nicky Henderson not hit a fence hard at a crucial point in the race.
Despite this, Shishkin did come from behind and pushed Blackmore and Envoi Allen all the way to the finish line.
The victory was Blackmore's only victory on Day Three of the 2023 Cheltenham Festival.
