Millions of viewers have become completely hooked on new thriller Our House, which comes to an end on Thursday night.
Based on the hit Louise Candlish novel of the same name , Our House made its debut on ITV on Monday night and the channel were clearly hoping and perhaps, expecting, it to be a ratings winner as it has taken over the 9pm primetime slot every day so far.
In a similar vein to Hillsborough drama Anne, which pulled on viewers' heartstrings with incredibly moving scenes in January, Our House will air over consecutive nights, meaning fans won't have to wait a week for each next bit of action.

There are FOUR episodes of Our House, with the final one airing on Thursday at 9pm.
Informing his Twitter followers of that fact, lead actor Martin Compston, who leads the Our House cast with Tuppence Middleton, posted: "Our House’ starts tonight on @ITV 9PM. 4 episodes across the next 4 nights. Probably best to get over in a week with the stress that’s coming."
A teaser for Thursday's final episode reads: "Fi finally discovers the truth behind the house sale and confronts those responsible. Meanwhile, Bram, on the run, must come to terms with his own actions.
Monday's first episode was blighted with technical difficulties as ITV 'went off' for some viewers.
One blasted: "What have I just missed on itv our house? The tv screen has been blacked out for the last 10 minutes?" and, equally puzzled and unimpressed a third posted: "So, something happened and he was doing something with someone! Do I know who. Not got a clue coz ITV crashed in the middle of the dramatic bit in Our House."
