• Broadcaster Jeremy Clarkson 's partner, Lisa Hogan, has praised his decision to share his aggressive prostate cancer diagnosis on his show Clarkson's Farm , revealing it prompted 30,000 people to visit the Prostate Cancer UK website in a single day.
• Hogan explained that Clarkson was initially reluctant to film his hospital treatment, but producer Andy Wilman convinced him to go public to raise awareness and help others.
• To treat the illness, Clarkson underwent high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), a minimally invasive procedure using soundwaves to destroy targeted cancer cells, and confirmed in June that he is now in remission.
• The 66-year-old presenter urged the public to get checked early, describing the screening as vital and dignified, while Hogan highlighted how speaking to friends with similar experiences provided emotional support.
