Georgia Bulldogs in the NFL made a significant impact in the divisional round. Eight former Bulldogs will play in the NFC and AFC championship games. The Detroit Lions are the only remaining NFL team without a former Georgia Bulldog on their roster.
Our former Georgia football player of the week in the divisional round is San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Chris Conley. Conley is a true professional. He barely played for San Francisco throughout the regular season, but he was ready when his name was called. Conley came up with a clutch 17-yard catch to help the 49ers earn a comeback win over the Green Bay Packers.
How did other Georgia Bulldogs in the NFL perform in the divisional round?

Chris Conley’s only catch of the game was a big one. The San Francisco 49ers may have to lean on Conley in the NFC championship because Deebo Samuel suffered a shoulder injury and is questionable to play.

Baltimore Ravens linebacker Roquan Smith finished with a team-best seven tackles and two tackles for a loss in the Ravens’ dominant 34-10 win over the Houston Texans.
Quay Walker records nine tackles in defeat
Green Bay Packers linebacker Quay Walker recorded nine total tackles as the Packers fell on the road to the San Francisco 49ers. Walker temporarily left the game with cramps, but returned.
Defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt also finished with one tackle for Green Bay. Nobody expected the Packers to advance to the divisional round, so they really exceeded expectations this season.
James Cook totals 82 yards in Bills' loss
The Buffalo Bills suffered a heartbreaking 27-24 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Buffalo received solid contributions from running back James Cook, who ran for 61 yards on 18 carries and added four receptions for 21 yards.

The Kansas City Chiefs are advancing to the AFC championship game despite Mecole Hardman’s critical fumble against the Buffalo Bills. Hardman will have a change to redeem himself against Baltimore in the AFC title game.
Malik Herring records two tackles in Kansas City win
Kansas City Chiefs defensive end Malik Herring played a significant number of snaps as the Chiefs defeated the Buffalo Bills. The Kansas City defense held Buffalo to 368 total yards.
Tampa Bay punter Jake Camarda
Tampa Bay Buccaneers punter Jake Camarda punted for 207 yards on four punts. Two of Camarda’s punts were downed inside the 20-yard line in Tampa’s 31-23 loss to the Detroit Lions.
