"I have become what they call a one-stop shop," she says.
She built Fiscal profits as she observed that the most driven business owners are also the most likely to let operational fundamentals slip, not out of negligence, but necessity. "They also know what they do best. Because of limited resources, like time and money, they're more focused on management, sales, and the marketing side of things. Anything else that comes up, they just don't have time to do it," she says.
