  • Haaland’s goal saw him make history as he became only the third player to score in his first three appearances at a World Cup. He has now also scored in 13 consecutive internationals.
  • The forward’s tally for the tournament now stands at five, having scored braces against both Iraq and Senegal in the group stages. He sat out the defeat against France.
  • Norway will face Brazil on Sunday, July 5, in New York, New Jersey.
