Manchester United's team has left the dressing room early during the half-time break in consecutive matches, with Marcus Rashford suggesting it allows the players to stay focussed ahead of the second half.
United's players emerged earlier than expected against Aston Villa at Villa Park on Sunday, while they were also swiftly out of the dressing room on Thursday night at Old Trafford, following a disappointing 45 minutes of football and no goals.
Although Aston Villa broke the deadlock almost immediately after the interval in that League Cup fixture, United quickly responded through Anthony Martial and eventually won the game 4-2, ensuring progression to the fourth round.
