Ten years ago, Henry Ashton was waiting on tables, working in the Harrods gift shop and being a hotel manager. Among other things. “I put up posters all around London,” he says. “You go to pub toilets and there’s posters all over the wall. That was this guy: got paid 50p per poster.”
