MARK DOUGLAS: So we have every month of the year we have a three day weekend, which then forms a four day workweek. And what it does allows everyone to recharge. At least once a month. So months that don't have holidays. We create a holiday we call mountain day and everyone one just loves it. They to get out. Actually, you know what's really interesting is a lot of people in the company, they travel together because they're the only ones that have the day off.
And so they use the time and really enjoy. And I think everyone thinks it's like their number one favorite, you know, kind of work life balance thing that we do at the company. And so that's been an added bonus that we entirely did not anticipate. It's been great. We strongly encouraged. Plus we pay for vacations at MNTN we don't just give you the vacation time. We actually give you an allowance to help pay for them. So that also encourages that kind of community fun.

In terms of the five day workweek, one thing to keep in mind about that is that, like it's hard for a company to go full four day workweek every week because you're now competing with 20% less of the time. And if your competitors are not doing that, it's like you couldn't have a hockey team that always has one less player on the court and win consistently. It's just not possible.
Well, you can't do that with a four day workweek if the entire rest of the country is on a five day. But you can use time more efficiently. You can find that one week, a year, a month, I should say, where, you know, we take an extra day off, you can do those things. And then I think people just actually work hard. It's that work hard, play hard. It almost fosters it because they value the time off. So they work harder during the time that they're quote unquote on the clock, so to say.
