The HHS release lists the city health departments of Houston and Detroit, Miami-Dade County, the Montgomery County, Ohio, Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board, the city of Huntington in West Virginia, the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma, Robeson County in North Carolina and Tangipahoa Parish in Louisiana.
