Two plots of land allocated for hundreds of homes at a £200m brownfield regeneration scheme in Merseyside are being put on the market.
BXB Cowley Hill Ltd, a joint venture between brownfield land specialist BXB and Promenade Estates, has appointed an agent to market the land in Cowley, St Helens, following the completion of infrastructure work.
BXB and Promenade successfully secured planning consent for up to 1,100 new homes, a hotel and commercial space at the Cowley Hill Works site, north of St Helens town centre, in March 2022.
