The House is set to vote today on a bill that could potentially lead to the sale of TikTok in the United States. The company's CEO is currently holding meetings in Washington, D.C., as the stakes surrounding the popular social media platform are very high.

The bill in question aims to address concerns about national security and potential foreign influence, particularly from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Lawmakers are wary of the CCP using TikTok as a platform to influence U.S. elections, both in 2020 and beyond.
