House that is too dangerous to enter goes up for auction

A house in south Wales that is too dangerous to walk in has gone on the market. The terraced house at Suffolk Place in Ogmore Vale, Bridgend, is in such a bad state of repair those viewing it before it goes to auction later this month have been told to stand at a distance.

There is a notice which reads “condemned” stuck to the front door, and even the auctioneers said it’s “in a real state”. But it is expected to be at the centre of a bidding war with a guide price of just £14k.

Angie Davey, of Paul Fosh Auctions where the house goes to online auction on Tuesday June 22, said the house is “almost the ultimate doer upper”.
