Weather officials have issued a yellow weather warning for snow in parts of Nottinghamshire. The weather warning is in place for snow on Thursday, March 9.
The heavy snow conditions has the potential to cause significant disruption, and is predicted to last until Friday, March 10. The warning covers parts of north Nottinghamshire, parts of Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.
Over this week, the UK is set for five days of snow and ice, with the Met Office issuing a number of warnings throughout the UK up until Friday March 10. Tomorrow, the weather warning sees majority of the south coast hit with snow.

Thursday and Friday will both be marked by the same yellow snow warning which covers parts of the UK, from parts of Scotland to down Nottingham.
