A horse owner has been left "distraught" at being ordered to change his racehorse's name which was dubbed "inappropriate" by racing chiefs.
Nick Rhodes named his colt horse Buggerlugs, two, in memory of his late father Les, who used to call him it as a child.
Rhodes senior, who took his son to his first race meeting at York at the young age of ten, used the word in an affectionate manner during his childhood, The Mirror writes.
