This is the frightening moment a man pulled out a gun during a fight at a child's trampoline birthday party.
Destany Carbello, from Albuquerque, New Mexico, US, was celebrating her son's 7th birthday party at Urban Air Trampoline Park on Saturday evening when an argument broke out between parents.
The heated disagreement started after two sets of parents started to push each other.
Ms Carbello said: “People started pushing each other and the fight escalated."
A man then took out his gun and pointed the weapon towards a parent which left the children terrified.
The kids witnessed the moment the man took out his gun and screamed "gun, gun everybody run to the bathroom.”
When the man pulled out his gun Ms Carbello quickly pulled her son from the party and hid.
She said: “I was sitting behind the register with him, and he looked me in the eye and said ‘is somebody going to die?’
"It was the most horrifying thing as a mom, I have never felt like that before, I didn’t know what to say.”
The Albuquerque Police Department said there was a fight at the trampoline park but no arrests were made. No shots were fired.
The shocking incident has led to local politicians trying to change New Mexico's law and increase the penalty for carrying a gun in highly populated areas.
A highly populated area would have to include a population of 90,000 or more and would mainly include Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Las Cruces.
Three Democratic representatives have put forwarded a bill to try and increase the penalty to fourth-degree felony.
However, some lawmakers want to introduce bills where it would be legal for more people to carry a gun in public.
Republican Steven Neville wants to bring forward a bill to widen the places for people to carry guns in New Mexico.
Currently, New Mexico's law states locals cannot have bring guns to bars or restaurants or places which sell alcohol.
But Mr Neville's proposed bill would allow people to bring in guns into those places.
In addition, five Republican representatives want to introduce a bill where residents can carry guns without the need for permits.
In New Mexico, anyone with a state permit can carry a gun but the new bill would get rid of the permit and remove "firearms” from the definition of a deadly weapon.
The bills haven't been voted on yet and would need to get through committees before going to a vote.
