A woman has hit out at the UK's largest hotel brand, Premier Inn, after a disturbing experience at the Leeds City Centre site.
The woman, who goes by the user name of @cheekylittlemoo on Tripadvisor, visited Leeds from Coventry in May last year and opted to stay at the city's central Premier Inn.
However, after her ordeal it's unlikely she will return after complaining that the cleaner entered her room only to stumble upon her naked.

The unhappy customer took to Tripadvisor to rant about her unpleasant experience. She penned: "Only stay here if you want cleaners to walk in on you naked!!!! Cleaners at this hotel seem to think it’s ok to enter the room at 10:30am and look at you naked.
"Despite knocking and the tv on and us saying occupied they still come in to see you naked. Premier inns attitude stinks and guest relations seem to think this is acceptable.
"You are ment to feel safe on your stay not have people walk in and out before your check out time of 12. Cleaners and not even supposed to knock before check out time of 12 but here they enter regardless even when told not too!"
Premier Inn responded to the guests complaint on Tripadvisor with: "Hello, Thank you for reviewing your recent stay with us. We’re very sorry that you had a disappointing experience with us, with a member of the team entering your room in the morning. This certainly isn't what we would expect for any of our guests.
"We’ve ensured this feedback has been logged to the Hotel Management so that they can look into these issues with the Housekeeping Team. This will help us to prevent this experience from being repeated in the future.
"Again, our apologies and thank you for taking the time to share your review. We hope that we can look forward to welcoming you back to one of our hotels again soon for a more enjoyable stay." LeedsLive have approached Premier Inn for further comment.
