The Hub Of Photography is holding "HOP Photo Market 2022", an annual event for shutterbugs, at its photo gallery on the 3rd floor of Seacon Square, Srinakarin Road this Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6pm.
The event will bring over 20 photography-related businesses and events to make this photo community more vibrant than ever. Expect to meet art vendors who will bring a diverse selection of popular Thai artists' creative brands of goods such as cameras, films, photobooks and home decor items.
Then, join a photo walk with the "HudStreet" team, a Facebook group of street photography enthusiasts who will take everyone to discover their unique style of street photography.
Along with the "Chulaphap Minimal" team, a group of people who enjoy taking images that emphasise the beauty of simplicity, visitors will learn to broaden their understanding of photography in a minimal style to make it stand out even more.
Participants in both activities will also have a chance to win a special photobook from a renowned photographer.
Set to render a live DJ performance from 3-5pm on both days will be Tada Hengsapkul, a resident DJ of Rabbit Hole and Never Normal. He will bring captivating sounds from a well-selected playlist of Balearic beats, chill house, disco and funk music.
Also, enjoy a new photo exhibition by Tanapol Kaewpring who captures the stillness of violence and fury during ingestion changes caused by fire during "Love & Fire". The curator Jirawat Ueasangkomsate will guide you on a gallery tour at the exhibition on Saturday.
