A property developer on Homes Under The Hammer realised a major issue with a 53K house.

Businessman Lee missed a potential major structural issue in the house he had just bought, when TV presenter presenter Tommy Walsh spotted a chimney breast that had been removed on the ground floor.

Lee bought the house for with plans to renovate and rent it out, reports the Mirror.
