"There is a superb mix of different ages, nationalities and cultures, which really makes L8 a special place to live.
"There’s typically lots of terrace streets, which really gives that sense of community.
"While being close to the city centre, it has that real inner city vibe too. There’s a good mix of buyers in L8, from first time buyers who have been brought up here to people relocating from outside the city.”
Stanley Dock - L3
You could also live where the epic showdown finale of series one between the Peaky Blinders and Billy Kimber was filmed.
This was shot outside the Tobacco factory at the Stanley Dock.

On the L3 area Ms Lewis said: “L3 covers the area right along the River Mersey, so when it comes to properties, we mainly see apartments for sale here.
"Over the last few years there has been a real dip in terms of the demand for these apartments, often the properties would be on the market for a while before selling.
"That said, there has been a resurgence in the last couple of years, which is partly due to supply and demand. Demand is so high in the market so many buyers are widening their search criteria to secure their dream property.
"Over the last few years, there have also been many successful developments in L3 as well as a regeneration of parts of the city centre - for instance the Baltic Markets which are just a short walk from L3.
"Here you will see an abundance of bars and restaurants including a Peaky Blinders bar.”
