Stunned council officials who granted planning permission for a single storey garage on a driveway were astonished to find the homeowner had actually built a house.
Mr Singh has now been ordered to tear down the two-storey dwelling in Birmingham despite arguing there were only 'minor differences' to what was approved in 2019.
The defiant owner previously said his family were using the mini property as a gym and wanted to keep it. The Mirror reports how images now show how the homeowner has significantly reduced the structure to the shape of a previously approved garage.
