Homeless man’s viral church piano performance raises $50,000 for charity, helps him find a home

In January 2024, homeless man Rhys Wynne-Jones walked into St. Mary’s Church in Penzance, England, on a freezing night and asked if he could play its piano. His performance of Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” was recorded by a volunteer and posted on Facebook. The video quickly went viral, changing the course of his life.
