After some discussions with the team at St George’s Hall about the opportunity presented, we decided this would be the next step in expanding our community cooperative bakery into the heart of our city centre, creating new opportunities for the business and local people too!
“We would like to thank the team at St George’s Hall for this amazing opportunity, it is an absolute honour for us to be able to bring our community bakery in the heart of the city centre!

“Me, Fred, Andrea, Maria and Fran, just hugging cups of coffee for warmth and watching people give us evils through the window. Now look at you. The hot beating heart of St George's Hall.”
A fourth said: “Brilliant news”.
