A house just yards away from a primary school was targeted by police.
Merseyside Police confirmed officers attended an address on Guildford Road in Southport, believed to be near Farnborough Road Primary School, as officers executed a misuse of drugs warrant. Police attended the address at around 10.05am today (Thursday, March 16).
Following the warrant, a woman was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A and B drugs.

A Merseyside Police spokesperson told the ECHO: "This is a misuse of drugs warrant. Officers attended an address on Guildford Road in Birkdale at around 10.05am this morning, Thursday 16 March.
"A woman has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs. There is no further information as officers are currently at the address carrying out the warrant."
