NAGPUR: The city's first Asian Games medallist, and India's first compound archery world champion, Ojas Pravin Deotale was accorded a rousing welcome at Nagpur international airport on Wednesday evening.
Hundreds of school students, friends, relatives and fans reached the airport to give Nagpur's new sporting star a befitting welcome with drums, dhols, garlands and bouquets. Ojas scored India's first hat-trick of gold medals in compound archery at the recently-concluded Hangzhou Asian Games in China.
