TWO men who went to a house at Macquarie Hills to recover thousands of dollars owed over a drug debt were attacked by a pit bull before stabbing a man in the back and fleeing.
They were greeted at the front door by a 35-year-old man, who asked "what do you boys want" before he stepped aside to let them in.
But detectives say Boc had his face covered with a black t-shirt and as soon as the pair were inside they allegedly started yelling and demanding money.
There was a struggle and a 34-year-old woman inside the home suffered an injury to her finger before her dog, said to be a pit bull, attacked one of the men, biting him on the legs and thigh.
The fight spilled into another room where Boc and the man allegedly traded punches and the 35-year-old began arming himself with a number of items and swinging them around.
Nayaloga became involved, punching the man in the face before the man was allegedly stabbed in the back by one of the men.
The pair fled, leaving behind a shoe, and were tracked through bushland by a police dog before trying unsuccessfully to evade police through a creek.
The pair were arrested and searched and Nayaloga was found with a screwdriver in his waistband, which he claimed he had taken away from the man during the fight.
A search of the home revealed the shoe of one of the alleged intruders and a pocket knife.
The man was taken to hospital suffering a laceration to his back and a fracture to his right shoulder blade as a result of the stabbing.
Boc and Nayaloga both remain behind bars and last Wednesday appeared in Belmont Local Court charged with entering a building with intent to commit an indictable offence and assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company.
Nayaloga pleaded guilty to both counts and will be sentenced in December, while Boc has not entered any pleas and his matter was adjourned until next month.
