Home Bargains want to build town's third store at B&Q site...but owners want the DIY shop to stay put

B&Q Home Bargains Leigh

Plans to demolish B&Q and replace it with Leigh’s third Home Bargains have been opposed by the DIY store.

TJ Morris Ltd, the parent company of Home Bargains, has submitted plans to demolish the current B&Q on Kirkhall Lane and replace it with a Home Bargains.

The DIY chain has opposed the plans to demolish their only site in Leigh and are undergoing legal proceedings at the moment.
