The last Instagram post by Home and Away star Johnny Ruffo has emerged after the actor died after a long battle with brain cancer aged 35. 

The actor and singer was best-known for playing Chris Harrington in the popular Australian soap. He made his Home And Away debut in 2013, two years after appearing in the final of The X Factor in Australia.
